DESIGN & WEB MANAGER // JUL. 2020 – PRESENT

In this role, I retained all responsibilities from my previous position while placing a greater emphasis on technology updates and streamlining processes to enhance digital efficiency. I led the implementation of new B2B SaaS software across multiple organizations, including AAVS, Leaping Bunny, Animalearn, The Science Bank, and ARDF. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I set up internal software and hardware to support effective hybrid work. Additionally, I spearheaded the redesign and development of new websites for AAVS and The Science Bank, ensuring a modern and user-friendly experience. For the Leaping Bunny Program, I created wireframes and storyboards for a new website and smartphone application, contributing to a more seamless and engaging digital presence.

Managed all design and development for website and print communications while providing on-site IT support and maintenance when necessary:

• Designed and coded approximately 70 HTML marketing emails each year

• Redesigned 15 direct mail packages

• Served as software administrator and manager of web services

• Created custom illustrations for use in marketing and branding

• Digitized traditionally print materials

• Learned and implemented methods of animation and responsive web design to create educational and interactive experiences

• Wrote and consolidated code for responsive email campaigns and landing pages

• Hard-coded Brand Central, an internal website for easy access to FS Investments’ brand assets and guides

• Designed and coded over 80 responsive landing pages and emails for use in email marketing campaigns
